from my system in my 02 civic,  ive replaced all my speakers tried 3 differnt radios 3 differnt amps  checked all my grounds and replaced my rca cables and its still wining with the engine. i checked the alternator and its putting out 14.5 volts no the rca cables are not on the side as the power wire and my grounds are all good going to the frame

the only way i can get the noise to stop is by touching the rca jack on the back of the radio to ground. i dont know why but it makes it stop and i can bearly hear it. but i know thats not right so wth?? its driving me crazy

this has only been happning for the past 3 days and i never touched anything on the system till it started

It's the "Pioneer Problem", rearing it's ugly, UGLY head again... Try a good radio, and by "good", I mean a "respected" radio; Alpine, Eclipse, Denon...
Pioneers have a known ground plane issue in them, and I don't understand why they won't fix it...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

i dunno why it would just start actin up so i get a new radio and it does it to, i guess i will go with an alpine this time

If touching the shield of the RCA cable to the chassis of the radio makes it stop.  How about if you try this, solder a wire to the sheld of the RCA cable and ground the other end of the wire to the ground wire of your radio.  Just a hunch but it might work.

Yep. I've "fixed" a couple Pioneer radios like this.

well i put in a jvc that my buddy had laying around and it stopped completely. wth why would the pioneer start doing that all of a sudden then i put a new pionner in and it does it right off... it worked with the rca grounded but i didint want to screw up the radio like that and then it didint get  it all out

Once you do the pioneer fix, you will probably never have another problem. As to why brand new ones have the problem, it has to do with the order that the power and rca's get connected...usually. I have had issues with pioneer decks that have had all rca's connected first, connected the power first, grew an extra set of laser guided hands and connected everything at the exact same time... I just have some presoldered rca's prepped and ready to go now, as we sell a ton of pioneer radios here.
