Also NO has a higher current rating than NC.
i.e. bosch relay 30/40
the 30[A] correspond to NC
the 40[A] correspond to NO
Most of the bosch-type relays are rated like this

Cheers now no abreviations, but don,t no how to wire. Can I connect alarm to drivers side door motor.I have four different diagrams for this (ie)orange nc   white  com  yellow no ORANGE / black nc  WHITE/ black com  yellow/black no.     I have a vw passat 94 and my alarm manual has been emailed from China (Agilon Security) Confused or stupid I don't Know?

You would have to know if the car has pos or neg door triggers and it's for you to find out since I can't remember 94 passat, agilon al 2000vb - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image. I'm pretty sure its grey lock and green unlock pos. If so,disregard the ORANGE / white and orange black, join yellow and yellow/black to a perm 12v+ feed in the door loom (RED / white or RED / yellow) and white and WHITE/ black to the grey and green trigger wires since you didn't state which of the above was lock and unlock, it doesn't matter it will either work peoperly or it will unlock on arming and lck on disarming. * If wrong just turn the white and WHITE/ blacks around.

*N.B. Make sure your keys are in your hand when you do this.

I just checked vehicle wiring section and my lock and unlock are the wrong colours, please check for yourself.
