I have a 02 silverado and am looking to get all new audio soon..

right now im tring to install a TALEGATOR. (its an actuator). im using it to open and close my bed cover...

i bought it off of craigslist. the seller told me breifly how to install.. but didnt really understand..

he said the black wire is ground and the blue w/black is ground also... can someone help?

i know the switch is a momentary switch? will this one work without the diagram? or do i buy another? also i know the switch lights up if that helps..

any help would be appreciated..

The switch in the photo is a standard French DAV window switch capable of switching 15-20 amps. Wiring convention  is one of two patterns. If illuminated, 6 terminals, centre = 12v+, outside = illum. and ground, next two are ground and outer two are up+ down+. More common switch has 5 terminals, centre = 12v+, next 2  = ground next 2 (outers) = up+ and down +  Check the Spal website, they use these switches for their electric window kits.
