I'm looking for 2 conductor wire connectors that can be plugged and unplugged. I'd like to use a weatherpack connector, but their WPT-2 and WPS-2 connectors are too large around to fit through a hole and I can't shave them down. Does anyone know of a connector that can be plugged/unplugged as needed that is weatherproof and small in diameter?

I've used these and they fit if I cut some of the black off. http://www./itm/200994974983?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT but they aren't weather proof.

Any ideas?

Also, the wire I'm using is only 20 gauge.

Just curious what you came up with. I'm thinking about installing power door locks in my wife's Jeep and we frequently take the doors off, so I need something that can easily be disconnected when need be.

They seem OK from the photo, other choice would be Molex "Sureseal", Farnell, Mouser etc, IP68 rated.
