Hey guys so I have a air manifold
repairing a wire? -- posted image.
and one of the wires attached to the manifold just ripped out when I was cleaning it up.
So here's the tricky part. It broke off right where it exits the manifold so I can't just crimp, or even get another wire on it. I'll try to get a picture to clear things up but any idea what to do now? I don't want a 300$ paper weight just cus 1 wire ripped off. I'm going to try disassembling it but from the looks of it, it's pretty sealed.
I was thinking, is there some sort of "needle" type wire I can stab through to ensure a connection and either hot glue it on, or try and get some solder on it. (unlikely)

IMO things like that are usually chip away and solder, but a soldered pin into a wire end which is then inserted - and preferably soldered - is another option.
Then usually in all cases a good blob of something to provide physical support & insulation, eg epoxy, silicon (even chewing gum or a petrol/soap mix in emergencies).
Since it's wrecked anyhow, no harm in trying.
And IMO the only risk is insufficient connection that may get hot & flame. (Fuses do not protect against arcs etc.)

Do the coils come off? It may be possible to just replace the coil and keep the valve. Coils are generally inexpensive compared to replacing the entire unit.

I think valve actuators come off but that thing is like super sealed on there. That thing is sealed shut. If there was a pin type needle wire that I can just jam in there and epoxy it on it would be great.
I want to disassemble it, but if the valve requires a special "gasket" or seal then Ill be screwed becaues air lift doesn't sell the gaskets individually.
