SRS light in Accord

i just put a clarion indash tv in my friends car and it works fine
i took out the passanger seat to hide the brain and the sirius tuner, and after everything wa done the SRS light came on the dash was it because we had the car on with the seat out and the sensor for the seatbelt unhooked, shouldnt after a while ofdriving shut it off. or do i have to reet it some how. can anyone help me out

try disconnecting both + and - on batt for 15 mins

It will not reset on it's own. Search all the forums for honda srs reset, it is listed here somewhere. Disconnecting the battery won't do it either.
