anyone know how to pull the factory deck from a 1989 Mercedes S-Class? looks like it pulls straight out but i dont want to break anything, this car is pristine. i replaced the dash speakers no problem, now they want to add a CD changer.

Try to take the ashtray out -- open it - pop the insert out .. then you willsee 2 screws -- remove them - the complete ashtray assemnly comes out ..

Look just inder the radio in the ashtray opening .. there is a clip on both sides .. push them down .. the radio will slide out ..
