Damn, I feel so old this morning!
In the shower, I heard the radio playing "Bang Your Head" by Quiet Riot. I used to listen to that stuff in high school, and all of a sudden, it's now on a classic rock station! Classic Rock -- posted image. Sure, my 20 year class reunion is this year, but geez... nothing like shoving us out the door into "Old-guy Oblivion"!
What the hell? Classic!?!? What is "classic", anyway? It reminds me of the old Toys-R-Us commercial: "I dont wanna grow up, I'm a Toys-R-Us kid"...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Your only as old as you feel! I know I am a Toys-R- Us kid. I don't think I will ever grow up. Besides growing up is no fun.

Growing up is good, they would not trust us under the hood or with a container of resin at age 10. Only thing I manage to buy was putty at age 5 from the hardware store. I had made some holes in the walls and wanted to fix them.
I say do all the things now you could not do when you kid because of safety reasons and not being old enough.
Peter Gabriel - Sledge Hammer
and
DJ Jazzy Jeff Ft. Will Smith - Summertime
I miss the days when those songs came out, and I was born in 1982 !
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

You may be in luck, since I happen to work at one.  We just had our annual state inspection and it went great.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

It's just like Chris Rock said in his HBO special " You'll always love the music that you first got laid to............ "

Never feel old, just growing old.
