how about the owners manural, if they even coem with one, im not sure if they do or not. look for abook " how to measure everything electronic" i think that what it was called. radio shack has a book too " usign your meter" came out 1985 and re made in 1994. i dont see the isbn number but part numberis 62-2039 remebr this is an old model so if went down to the store may not coem up

i havent bought one yet. just wanted to know how they worked before i did. if youve never seen one how would i even know what to search for or what type i needed.  Never even seen one. Kinda like when you were hooking up with your sister the first time and all that porn you watched to prepare. lol The point of the forum is to educate us that dont know. If we googled everything, whats the point of the forum GENIUS. You coulda told me "what to google to get better results I right?"  haha THATS IT.

go to sears, home depot etc. and buy a cheapt one, can alway ask for help on which one you may need. also there is thead on here what brands peoepl liek to use and the features they liek to see in a meter. i always used Fluke. lean as you go along.do a search on this site for DMM, meters, or even fluke shold be up soem topics. help you out to decide.
