I put a new switch already. The window goes down fine. I have to wiggle the switch and finally the window will go up. Sometimes it won't ever go up. Does this sound like the motor? What else could it be?

If your switch came together with a harness on the backside, my guess would be to check the harness for loose terminals inside it. I would also double check the switch using a DMM set for continuous to see if the switch itself is ok too.
