Hello,
I have a Honda Civic DX 1992.
Someone stole the stereo unit out of and in the process destroyed the panel that sits around the stereo, climate control buttons, and extends over the steering wheel all the way to the dimmer controller.
I was thinking of going to a junkyard and picking up a new one.
I tried to see about removing the panel, but couldn't figure it out.
Does anyone know how to remove this panel?
I'm not sure what exactly that panel is called, but here's a picture of one:

Two bolts on left and right side on climat control panel.Try unscreew it.

if i remember that car, not that easy. there are like a dozen screws along the back side of that panel that have to be removed from under the dash,(they are pointing towards the trunk of the car.) and I mean a bunch of screws. i replaced that panel in my firends civic. PITA!!
