i have a 2000 galant, lost my cruise control about a year ago. can anyone point me in the right direction to possible culprits to this problem, with possible fixes i can do?

check the wire at the brake pedal. on some vehicles there is an adjustment for the cruise. im not sure if your vehicle has this , but would hurt to take a look
