Is there a class offered or course in the Philadlphia area where I can learn fiberglassing.

try the school i went to.......practice and learning from my mistakes. ist not as hard as you think it is, it just takes lots of practice. keep in mind even if you go to some fancy pants school, thats not in any way going to make you some fiberglass wiz. even after that its going to take a few years and lots of stuff that actually comes out looking like crap and lots and lots and lots of practice to get any good.

yeah...what he said...just jump into a small project...even if its a pointless project...

put perfectly. that is so true. in fact practice alot on just little silly things first until you get the hang of working with the material and develop your own teqniques and aquire sufficent tools to do fiberglass projects and have a good place to get supplies. then start a larger project you are more serious about that way you'll be much more happy with the outcome.

My 1st sub enclosure was planed out great, but came out pretty terrible and cost alot just to throw it away. I wasn't upset cause of the money lost but more about the waste of time. Have fun and don't get discouraged...keep goin cause the outcome will be pretty cool.

I want to say thank you to all of you that have replied. I will leap out on faith and give it a try. What type of suppplies will I need? Can I get them from home Depot or Lowes.
