Hello guys just wanted to get some ideas for a sub box that im going to build  for a Nissan 2000 frointer king cab. I have four 10 inch IDMAX subs i have the space too do a ported box. Should I have the subs and the port face the seats. I always read different views on loading the sub off something soild. Our do I face the port and subs toward the back wall of the truck. Just wanted to get some in put from the pros that have probably done many installs to this nature. And if some thank sealed is the way I can do that as well I guess my question is more of the placement of subs and ports. Thanks and GOD bless

I would say your ports and subs should be facing the front of the truck. As far as ported vs sealed, ported hits harder, but sealed gives better sound quality. Sealed boxes can also usually be about half the size. Call up your sub manufacturer. They will be able to give you some good specs to build a box to based on what you are looking to get out of your system.
