I was recently working on a egg drop project, and have a lot of home fiberglass insulation left over. Looking at it I thought that it may be sufficient for use in making fiberglass enclosures. I would like to know if anyone has tried this. Would it work? If it did work, would I have to layer under it or over it with mat? Thanks

Indeed it is a great firearm. I've actually seen that page before. Really, I didn't know that is what he used. Well thanks for the heads up.

Insulation will work as Polyfill or stuffing but not for the structural part of the box.

Realitycheck, its a ruger assault rifle. Designed after the M14 used by the military before the M16. Go to ruger.com
