Hello, i have just made a custom Fiberglass Enclosure and i am ready to paint. It seems to me that you should paint with a paint gun instead of a spray can for better results. However, i do not have a Air compressor therefore i do not have a paint gun. Have anyone tried to paint their enclosure or anything for that matter with a spray can and turn out excellent? Can anyone give me some tips on painting my enclosure with a spray can? Thanks

If you read on for a couple pages lots of people paint with spraycans and seem to lots of problems with it. My advice to you is invest in a small compressor, jamb gun, and resperator and go that way. If you don't want to invest the money, finish the box glass smooth, buy the paint and let the body shop do it for you. Good luck and post some pics if at all possible, we love to see your projects, gets the blood going.
