Installers: Will this work for SQ?

Hello, gentlemen! I'm deciding on a set-up for my subwoofer and amplifiers, all of which will be mounted in the trunk of a 2001 Civic. I have a Brahma 15", a Jl 300/4 and a Jl 1000/1. The sub requires 2.25ft3 internal volume and will be in a sealed enclosure. Would the amps be subject to anymore vibrations/resonance/damage than if mounted elsewhere? I'd like to know any drawbacks of this application. I like the appearance of this install and could save the cost of a fibreglass enclosure. Any feedback is appreciated.

Okay, I'll have them brace the hell out of it. This install seems as though it'd be fairly cost-effective while still having some aesthetic appeal. I guy I'm talking to about building the box says he uses old hockey sticks for bracing...
