Primer question

primer is to help the paint stick. and to fill in very fine pin holes. if YOU think it might be a prolem go ahead and shoot and sand the area around the filler  once more.

i would recommend sanding down that primer and feeling in the holes that u ahve showing... what kind of primer r u using??? i recommend the dupont quik prime or a high build primer from another brand..S.O.B custsoms.. South Omaha, Nebraska

I am using a high build primer from dupont. Dont have holes they are just places were I sanded the primer off. I think I´ll spray a final coat, sand that and paint. By the way I want to make a 2 color job how would I do that, remember its my first time.  I was planning on painting a base coat of silver, mask that and then lay the second color (orange) and then clear, would that be the right way to do it. I want it to be mainly orange with a silver grafic , nothing coplex just some lines.  Or should I just make it one color and then paint over that, kind of pinstriping.

you could do it either way. but you are right do the lighter color first then the brighter.
