when your stretching the fleece and it accidentally tears like somewhere on the main part where your gonna be fiberglassing. can you still keep going, or do you have to trash the fleece and start over :(

You dont really have to...but please do...It will only make it worse in the end if you dont...This is one of the most important steps, Make sure there are no wrinkles at all,They will only cause you more problems down the line...Good luck...

yea, I would trash it and re fleece it. Like 05honda, "This is one of the most important steps". I think it IS the most importion step. It will suck ripping it off and redoing it, but it will pay off and be easier in the end. fleece ripping? -- posted image.

Instead of fleece  you can also use speaker grill cloth which is super stretchy.

it completely depends on how large the rip is and how large the project is..if it is feasable to remove and redo then go ahead other wise if the rip isnt to big it wont make any difference...the fleece adds ZERO strength to the project..and is only there for shape..if the tear can be covered with a piece of mat about 3x3" square then i wouldnt worry about it and keep going...try to kep it as a rip though and dont stretch it into a hole...it will just be trickier to work with later...
