Sub box and paint fumes

i made just a real quick seald box for a sub and i spray painted it well the paint seems dry but i kind of get a odor from the paint i think will that eat the subwoofer surround? what about wood glue?

if you are that worried about it, let the box air out for a while before installing it.

What did you paint it with?  I've never heard of paint fumes eating away at anything.  I know spray paint itself will melt some foams, but i dont think its the fumes that cause that.  And what about wood glue?

im not that worried about it the sub is in there i have never heard of paint fumes eating away at surround my friend asked me and i never really thought about it so i asked.. on the wood glue dripped on the surround and i cleaned it off j/w

I'm not positive about the fumes, but i know wood glues not gonna eat through it.  Most wood glues you buy aren't much different then regular old white school glue.
