it will take a lot of glass layers to make it that strong.  my shop has been doing SPL comps for a while and everyone is using thick mdf and 2x4 braces.  the really high spl vehicles use wood and concrete...yes concrete.  you build a box then one about an inch bigger all around then fill the space between with concrete.  in spl you lose db's when your box material flexes.  the stiffer the box, the more db's you can get out of the same woofers, amps, and car.  anything that vibrates or flexes causes loss.

im not saying it CANT be done, but it will be a very very heavy box and will take a whole lot of glass (at least an inch thick or more)
