Last winter I throttle stuck and my snowmobile hit the back of another na broke out a few pieces of the hood. I would like to fiberglass those pieces back in. Can anyone give me a few tips on how to do this?

Pics would help us tell you how to fix it. I would think basically though you could tape a couple layers of aluminum foil on the backside of the hood then lay your glass and resin in there. Overlap the glass a little over the top then grind it down flush once it dries.

To reinforce the breaks, instead of foiling the backside, you can add a layer of woven FG to give it extra strength.

Depending on the size of the break/crack you could also use panel bond just alow 24 hour set up time(panel bond is a 3m product u can get at a harware store

Bells I was just suggesting the foil so if the hole was too big then the glass would could lay on the foil and just fall through the hole when he layed it down.
