how to remove back seat , 02 cavalier

how do i remove the bench portion of my back seat on my 02 cavalier.. i can get the back peice out but haven't a clue on the seat portion...  basically lookin for a non destructive way to get  it out and be able to put it back in

Check Behind the seat under the back section I think there is some bolts holding it down.

the bottom just pull up. On the back theres a plastic clip on the passenger side hinge pull it off then slide the seat to the passeger side while moving up and down will slide out of drivers side then slide out of pass. side.

i can gety the back rest out... i've tryed pulling on the seat it attached and i can't see where
