both me and my father in law have a pioneer avic-f700bt installed in our vehicles, mine is a chevy silverado and his is a honda ridgeline, both of us have verizon cell service and neither phone will pair to either radio. sometimes the radio will pick up the phone but the phone wont pick up the radio and vise versa. my question is would this be a pioneer problem or verizon? i'm trying to figure it out without having to call verizon because everyone knows how fun that is

thanks in advance for any help

Depends what kind of phone it is also. Some features do not work on certain phones. Go to pioneer website as said before and get updates. Also I believe you can see a list of compatible phones.
