no left turn signal

just recently installed a remote starter in my 2010 sierra, everything works fine except the left turn signal, when you push the switch for left turn i get a fast beep and light on cluster as if a bulb is burnt out,  right turn signal is fine.

any ideas on what i can check and component locations?

Yes the bulbs are all okay,

Heres some things ive noticed.

* Left turn signal doesnt work, just blinks fast on cluster, makes the climate control knobs blink.

* The dome light only works by either turning vehicle off OR turning dial on panel, it doesnt work at the individual lights at ceiling.

* When i press on brake pedal, the cluster light goes out but my brake lights work fine.
