I want to install extra LED's in the cup holder, front storage bin and front and rear foot wells. The question I have is how can I install these to have them go on only when I turn on the parking lights. I have a dimmer that I'll be installing with the LED's. thanks

It depends on your vehicle, but assuming you have a LED compatible dimmer which sits on the GND side of the lights/LEDs, then LED+ to park lights +ve (maybe from another dash lamp) and LED- thru the dimmer to GND. (With dimmer+ to LED+ and dimmer-gnd to GND assuming a 3-terminal PWM dimmer.)

Actually I'm installing them in a KIA Soul. I already have an external dimmer that I'll be wiring before the LED's. I just want to wire them so they will only come on with the lights.

I was thinking of using a 4 pole relay but I'm not sure how to wire it.

Why a 4 pole relay?
Do you have a diagram else can you draw your lighting circuit? That's assuming what I described isn't suitable...
If not, what sort of dimmer (PWM I presume; ground or +12V switching?)?
And are your parkers ground switched, or +12V switched?

I have this dimmer: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/index.cgi?action=DispPage&category=PCB&Page2Disp=%2Fspecs%2Fldk-8a_specs.htm
Along with this one:http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/index.cgi?action=DispPage&category=PCB&Page2Disp=%2Fspecs%2Fldrf-8a_specs.htm
I'm pretty sure the light switch works off the negative.

They both seem to be isolated outputs from the supply - ie, the LED is not commoned to either ground or +12V. (IMO chances are that one end is, but there isn't enough info in the pdfs.)
All you have to do is switch the module the same as the park lamps - ie, gnd else +12V, and hence connect the other input side as required (ie, +12V else gnd respectively).
Unless you are running many Amps of LEDs, you should be okay on the normal park light circuit.
Otherwise - or if it's a current sensitive circuit (measures lamp outages etc) - use the park lights to energise a normal SPST relay to connect fused battery +12V (else GND) to the dimmer module.
I don't see any need for mutlipole switching - you just want to on-off either side of the dimmer module's input.
