can you had 2 distribution blocks.  I will just make a diagram.

subwoofers------------}\
                                         ----------amp----(4 guage....I think...)--------------distribution block--------------Car Battary(12V)
subwoofers------------}/                                        l                                                        l                                           l
                                                                          cd player                                              l                                           l
                                                                                                                                         l (negitive)                         l
(4x)Neons-----------------------------------------------------------------------------distribution block                            l
                                                                                                                                        l                                            l
                                                                                                                                        l                                            l
                                                                                                                              toggle switch-----------------------l
                                                                                                                                  (positive)
Can you do that with distribution blocks???
I dont want to blow up anything if I install my neon lights like that.
p.s.  This was fun making this diagram.  It isnt perfect but you can somewhat get the idea.

I meant to say can you like hook 2 distribution blocks up like that.  I am sure the diagram is not exactly perfect in how to hook them up but can you use one distribution block and then put another one off of that one.  That is all that I am really trying to say.

if I'm reading correctly, you've got a switch that leads to nothing and a direct short between the +12V and negative. Neither of those will get you where you want to be.
If all you're wondering is if you can run a single wire from the battery to one dist block, then split that wire again with another dist block? That's fine; just make sure the primary wire coming off the battery is large enough to handle whatever amperage you will be running through it. And you can use a dist block for your grounds; just don't connect it inline with your main power wire wiring distribution blocks? -- posted image.
