I'm thinking of getting like 25' of wire and I never used it before so I have some questions. if you cut the wire is there 2 leads that you have to strip back to connect to the transformer? is there a limit on how long the wire can be from the transformer?

this will save me time and money so I don't order something that will not work for me.

thanks,

Bill

You can interconnect as much as you want and splice in different lengths and such as well.

there is usually the gel coating that gives it the color and then the wiring underneath.

The secound wire is extremely thin and delicate. Becareful but is still easily done. the first wire will need the coating (not color coating) shed off of it. You can use extremely thin gage wire to power it too. Ebay is alot cheaper than the stores for this stuff though. Get a secound module for a buck off the guy always good to have a spare or one for exterior if you plan on interior exterior. 25 ft is alot.
