so I just bought my self a 2002 s15 Spec R GT lastnite and to my delight it has an $4500 sound system in it with an eclipse CD8454 head deck. Only problem is I have no manual and the sub is ridiculously loud even when the volume is at like "10". Its stupidly loud and it completely takes the enjoyment outa driving the car because it does my head in. I've looked for ages and I can't work out how to adjust sub settings or turn it off. I've checked on heaps of forums and nobody seems to have an answer. Does anybody know how to adjust the sub???????????????????

Push the right knob in, repeatedly, until you get to the subwoofer option, then turn it down. The menu will also include bass, treble, fade, and balance.
If still too loud then, you'll have to turn the amp's gain down.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
