remote wire, 2005 honda accord

you can use one of these  http://peripheralelectronics.com/products.aspx?Productid=175   i found this one thru a serch engine i have actually used this perticular one.  usually use the dei piece.  you can also use your ignition as your remote turn on;  the down side of doing this is the high potential for having *turn on pop* and the fact that your amplifier will be on when ever your car is on no matter what.life is a comedy to think, a tragedy to feel

I actuall have the 4 channel version of that line output converter already installed in the car. The system is set up right now with a fuse tap running out of the in car fuse box to a switch, and then from there it runs to the amp turn on. Everything works perfectly like that. This set up gives me the control to turn off the amp when the stereo is not on. What I want to do is add a fan. I got some support saying that I could run wire from the fuse tap, to the switch, and then to a relay, and then branch off to the amp and fan. Rest asure I plan to fuse everything just as an added precaution. With this in mind I am looking for second opions or better alternatives.
