Installed system in 08 Accord. Which wire should I connect my turn on lead to, so that the amp comes on with the factory radio. Had it connected to the violet colored wire near fuse box and the amp came on in the second key  position but not the first like it should. The way it was connected there was this annoying boominess.

I don't think there is one.

The boominess is because the amp turned on before the radio.

You can try the YELLOW /GREEN that runs from the radio to the rear glass antenna box but I'm not sure if it stays active when you put a CD in the player.

Second option is an switching module like from DEI the 55000 or from PAC the TR7. These use a rear speaker signal to create a turn-on signal.

Prepare your future. It wasn't the lack of stones that killed the stone age.
