Hey guys, I'm really hoping you can shed some light on this.  I've had this HU in my 98 Camry for well over a year and never had any problems with it.  Starting last week the HU does not turn off when I turn off my car, take out the keys, and open the door.

If I turn off the car, then turn off the HU, it goes to the clock display and stays there.  If I turn off the HU, then turn off the car, it goes completely black like it should.

I didn't make any changes to the system between the time it was working fine and when it stopped working.  Is it possible some wires moved while I was driving and got crossed?  I don't know much about cars or car audio so I don't even know what would cause this or what to look for.

When it was installed there was a harness that plugged into my factory harness and ended in a bunch of wires.  Then I had to match up those wires to the Alpine harness.  So there are a bunch of those caps that you twist to keep two wires together back there if that gives you any clues.

If you need any more info let me know.  Thanks.

The red wire of the radio is the switched wire. The yellow wire of the radio is the constant 12 volt source. Make sure the red is not touching the yellow.
