This is the first box I have ever designed to be this big. With a little help from bassbox 6 pro, this is what I have come up with so far.

My maximum room is 24in high, 46 inches wide and 60 inches deep.
There will be one slot port. It will be 6x44x22. Tuned @ 22.5HZ. Does all this sound right? The port will be on the top of the box where the amps are. It will be firing towards the front of the truck.

Oh that 19.5 is the height.
I also forgot:
the amps are HiFonics Brutis 2000W (2 of them)
We are using a cellphone tower battery for the supply. It smokes a Kenitic!
1/0 ga wire throughout. Subs are wired @ 1ohm.

You are put this flat box in the back of a Suburban. So the back of the vehicle becomes useless. Your box is 30 cubic ft. mmmm   A wall would help with driver coupling and give you some usable space. x4 Fi 18 would fit and be 16 cubic feet sealed. Unless you are going Outlaw SPL this would still be balls loud.
Hifonics Brutis. You are dedicating your vehicle for SPL and you are using garbage amps. mmmm. Arc 4000SE or Zapco C2K-4KW would beat the crap out of any the current Hifonics Stuff.
Cell Tower Battery, Do you have the Alternator to charge said battery?

The amps and subs are staying. There is no option. Its a show vehicle so the space is not a problem. Are the box calculations right?

The box looks ok but the way you have to subs arranged my cause you some problems.  Mainly fit problems.  I dont think 46 inches is goin to leave enough space for the subs to fit next to eachother.  Thats only 1 inch extra, and are theses inside or outside dimensions? remember the cone is if inches across.  check the overall dimensions of the woofers including the mounting rings i thing then you will notice you have a problem
