hey guys just wondering how to remove the radio in my 2006 dodge ram 1500 reg cab any help would be great thanks dave

Pull off the bezel surrounding the radio and cluster. Secured by several spring clips around the edges.
Once the bezel is off, the radio is held in by 2 bolts.

how do u safley remove the spring clips without breaking it

screwdriver just pry it up, they wont break, ive done it in an 07 and my 08 it really is in there tight so dont let it discourage you, i started down right above the cup holder on the diagonal parts of the bezel and worked my way around, lemme know if you need anything else/

Spit on your finger tips and gently pull..... but first....

The link isn't for the Dodge Ram 1500.

If you don't have the large consol between the dash and the seats on the center hump do this:

Open the cup holders and there are two 7mm screws under the top lip holding the bottom of the radio/climate control trim bezel.  Remove these first.  Then gently pry from the bottom, the entire radio trim/climate control assembly.  The two air vents to the left and right of the radio come off WITH the bezel.dodge ram 1500 radio removal -- posted image.
