I'm looking at installing 2 Jl 10w3v2 Dual 4 ohm subs in a Gmc Sierra Ext. cab. and have a coupel questions. First...how would you recommend mounting them? In a front fire...or down fire box? next question is what would be a good amp to power them? Thanks in advance for the help.

I vote for down fire, AND the biggest amp your wallet and charging system can support.
