Okay!!! I've decided (and been convinced) that the best idea for the end result that I wanted was to go with a 5-channel or 6-channel amp. I recently found and purchased an Alpine MRV-450. This should power my door speakers with no problems. I also acquired a JLW3 10" in the same deal. 5 channel alpine, 95 es300, factory hu -- posted image.
What I would like to do is wire it directly into my factory wiring coming from the factory head unit that goes to the factory amp (low level). I have the Pioneer Premium Sound System that came on alot of Lexus es300 models. It has low level outputs that go to the factory amplifier under the seat. The question is if the low-levels coming from the factory unit are the correct ohm load (10K) to just wire RCA tips directly onto and then plug into the low-level inputs of the new amplifier.
I know that I could just throw in any new radio and not have to go through this, but I want to keep the factory radio look as long as possible.

A Metra 71-8113 harness will make your installation much easier.

Okay. So that answers my question. I could just wire in RCA jacks at the factory radio outputs. That makes it real easy on me! I should've thought of that, but thanks!!
