how do i remove my cars factory amp mount

1996 Mercury Cougar with premium sound. In the trunk, mounted to the top is a black plastic frame that holds my cars factory amp. I cant for the life of me figure out how to get this thing off. It looks as if it needs to be pulled down, and then slid off at the same time, but its really secure as well as stiff.... id like to remove it without breaking it but i cant find any info on how to do so. Anyone out here know how to remove this thing? I couldnt find anything in the downloads here either.

I think I may have found out. There is some sort of plastic type of screw or locking clip on the left side. It seems that if i undo this the rack will come right off.
