i installed a kenwood 238 and speakers in a 94 chrysler lhs cant seem to get a good sound out of it wondering if it has a factory amp or is this a cheap radio doesnt have many adjustment like eq

Even if the deck has a built in amplifier, i highly doubt its going to have enough power to run those aftermarket 6x9's.......if you want to get the full potential out of the speakers hook up an amp.....if your not getting good sound out of them i would say they are under powered.......
