whinning noise, rca cable

I have this annyoing whinning sound coming from rca cable on the 4 channel amp. What should I do to fix this? 2001 chevy tahoe

When i turn my amp (Crunch 1400.4) to 4 channel its makes a whining noise and whe i unplug the rca cable from the amp and turn it to 2 channel it goes away. Can somebody help me with this please. The noise changes as the RPM but i can only hear it at low levels

Turn the gains of the amp all of the way down, does that get rid of the noise?

With the gains all of the way down, can you still reach your desired listening level?   If so you are done.  If not turn them up until you hear the noise and back it off just a touch.  Then see if you can reach your desired listening level.

Is it a pioneer radio? If so i have seen numerous of them start whinning for no apparent reason.  They say the rca is fused and it will pop if the amp looses ground and trys to ground through the rcas.  I never found a way to fix it usually have to replace the radio or if it is warranted try returning to pioneer.
