I am in need of two fans about 4"x4" but my question is how do I connect the fans for push/ pull? I wanna blow air thru a panel to keep sub amp from getting too hot. Do I need relays? Can someone walk me thru the whole thing, Thank you!

Typically you don't benefit much from a push/pull.  You're better off just going "pull" in most cases.  Usually you would use the remote out on the HU to trigger a 12v relay and the relay to power the fans.

I have seen more than a few fans that have melted due to installing them in a pull through configuration.  If you do intend on having one fan upstream from the heat source, make sure it has a metallic chassis, and prefferably metal blades.   If using plastic fans, make them push air over the amps.

You don't connect the fans any different for a push/pull configuration - the setup is all dependent on the orientation of the fans themselves.  Most fan blades are only designed to rotate in one direction, but by changing the direction the fan is blowing you can change whether it pushes or pulls air.
