I am having trouble finding a subwoofer that will fit in the box i purchased for my pickup (2005 silverado crew cab 2500) i got the q-logic QL-C1GMA110.
The trouble i am having is that most places do not list the mounting depth with the magnet size.
The company list this as a size chart for the box
Magnet Diameter (Depth)
5 in.(5 7/8 in.)
6 in.(5 7/8 in.)
7 in.(5 in.)
8 in.(4 1/4 in.)
I am looking for a subwoofer DVC or SVC does not matter as long as i can get 4 ohm load. would like to also have a power handling of 500-600 watts rms that is the rating on the amp i am using.

Yeah, looking at Q's spec page and I must be missing somthing here cause although I'm sure all those numbers mean something to them, it looks like greek to me.

Would seem to me that mounting depth should be the main concern, the magnet dia. shouldn't be an issue. I'm assuming single 10" enclosure? Ported?

Whats your price range for the sub?

Still learning

The bigger the magnet in diameter the the smaller the mounting depth. the box has a max of 5 7/8" with a 6 inch diameter or smaller magnet.
the bigger the magnet the less depth you will have, do to the shape of the box.
in other words if you have a sub with a magnet of 8" diameter and a depth of 5 7/8" it will not fit in the box.
as for price range lets not worry to much about that as long as it does not cost more then my truck. lol
like to keep it under 200 if possible, but if close to that i will think about it.
