Do not waste money on a capacitor.

The only way to connect your speakers to that amp is depicted in the following picture.

Option 2 (series/parallel) = 2 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 2 or 1 ohm mono

Yes.
It is up to you.
You need an alternator big enough to supply the current/power required (and charge battery & run the vehicle).
For that size, I'd suggest a 2nd battery as close as possible to the amp (hence AGM aka VRLA (sealed) battery if "internal") and retaining your normal battery for cranking etc with an isolator between the batteries (eg - only interconnected when engine charging; it's cheap if you have a dash charge lamp).
There are other options but I won't recommend them (yet).

If the alternator is enough to replace the charge you won't be discharging the battery.
If you discharge the battery (engine off or undersized alternator) as long as the battery handles that load (current) it should be fine provided you don't discharge it below is rated capacity.
If the battery isn't lasting long enough, get a bigger battery.
If the Kinetik is suited to cranking a car and the amp's load, it should be fine, but I'd suggest whatever battery has the best capacity (with required current supply) rather than wasting money on an AGM battery that sits in the engine bay (ie, far from the amp). (In which case you may have voltage dips at the amp - then I'd recommend almost any (small) AGM battery next to the amp. A small AGM usually out-performs (expensive) caps in that regard.)

What you need is two batteries, a HO alternator, and some good 1/0 wiring. Don't waste money on a useless cap.
1 Panasonic HU
1 Power Acoustic Amp (sorry)
1 Amazing Box
3 Kicker CVR15s
1 Termlab
36 Hertz
139.5 Decibels
1 Big grin.

Only silly people would use a cap thinking it somehow increases (alternator) power output.
Mind you, there are lots of silly people - or are they simply gullible or trusting?

You NEED a HO alternator that can put out at LEAST 100 amps more at idle than your stock alternator.

Again, based on what?
What about the shortfall with only a 100A increase? (In this case.)
