Hi everybody!

I was just wondering if it would be possible to install a power antenna on my 2010 Ford F150 Crew Cab in place of my stock antenna.  I would also like to trigger it to turn on only when I'm listening to radio, and then to go down when I switch to cd or my aux jack.  This is a stock radio.  Thanks ahead of time.

hi,
the radio may not have a dedicated antenna remote output/trigger...then there is the issue of whether or not any clearance exists in the stock antenna's location.

yeah the wiring diagrams from mitchell for all three systems does not show an ant trigger, considering power ant is not an option on these trucks.  I also believe that there would be a clearance issue for the motor assembly.  Probably going to have to suggest an onglass amplified ant, and set him up with a stubby, or  perhaps cap it completely.

thanks for the input ween, and to anybody else who may have any thoughts, thanks in advance.
