Here is what I have...

2 Hifonics hfi12d4 12 inch dvc 4ohm subs.

1 Old school Rockford Fosgate 100dsm 2 channel amp. (2ohm stable)

1 Dual chambered ported box.

I want to run the amp bridged, but since the box has 2 seperate chambers how do I wire both subs?

There are 2 terminal cups on the back of the box. Would I wire the subs in series, then on the back of the box put the positive connection on one of the chambers of the box, followed with the negative on the other side, then a wire from positive to negative on the back of the box?????

     Your equipment is perfectly matched. Those old school Rockford amps want 4 ohms when running  mono. You ll need to run those series / pareillel. Inside the box go from the terminal cup + to one of the VCs +. From that VCs - to the + of the other VC. From that VCs -  to the - of the terminal cup.

      Do this to both subs. Outside of the box run a + from each terminal to the + on the amp. Do the same with the -, run the - from each terminal cup to the amp's -. Those speaker connectors on the amp can handle 8 gauge wire so use large wire. Also make sure the crossover circut boards are in correctly. They are on the bottom of the amp.

Ok thanks that makes sense. Only one thing. The amp does not have a built in crossover so I am getting some highs through the subs. The controls on the amp have a bass and treble knob, and gain control for both channels which I keep at the same level. I will be upgrading the amp soon and using this one for the 6.5 inch components in the rear.

Or you could use a bit less wire.  Connect the two terminal cups together in parallel, plus to plus and neg to neg.  You can do that on the inside of the box if you want to, or connect them on the outside, whatever works best for you.  From just one terminal, run one wire from each polarity to the amplifier.  You don't need four wires to the amp when the connection is in parallel.

It was likely just explained that way to make it easier to grasp.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
