Im allready hooked with my sub and amp using that same wireing diagram and im hqving some real issues...would the color of the wires be the same going in the amp as comon out?

I dont have a hookup for the right and white cables so i hooked in to the left and right rear speakers.....with all 4 wires(positive and negitive)hooked up it made a horrible sound right now its thooked up with only one wire out of the 4 and its working the only problem is the bass doesnt really have any deepness to it but if i open my back hatch its deep as hell and sounds awesome....

I have a 400 watt amp and 12 inch 1000 watt pioneer sub

Plus when i tried to hook the trigger wire up there was no wire matching the color discrption ij the diagram so i hooked in to what it said was a speaker wire bit i uave the type of car where when uou turn the car off the radio stays on for about 30 seconds but when the car shuts off and the radio is oj the amp satops working so i know its not hooked in to a speaker wire

It seems to me that something is seriosly jacked up with ky wiring because also everytime my fan for the motor kicks on the sub makes a load ass humming sound
