I decided to change my fuse to a 140A Tsunami circuit breaker. I am gonna be using one 5 channel amp witha 150A fuse rating and my vehicle already has 2 ga. wire in it. Is this 140A breaker ideal for my setup?

ANL fuse is the only way to go.  Breakers are more trouble than they are worth.

But to answer your question, anything under 225 amps is suitable for your 2GA wire.
