I have a radio that i pulled out of my 2004 Dodge Ram it is just a regular plain single disc radio and i want to install it into my 89 dodge ram but i do not have the original pigtail for the radio and need to figure out what each pin on the back of the radio is for or if i can even do this. I do have a pigtail but i got it from the salvage yard for 5 bucks it fits but im not sure the colors are still the same or if the configuration is even right. But that i can fix my own i just mainly need to figure out what each of the pins is controlling on the back side of my radio.  Also do i need and amp for this radio to work??

My connector looks something similar to this. My camera is broke or i would snap a pic.   The faceplate says RBK aswell if that helps any
