When I set clock ,radio stations, etc on this radio it sets at the moment. but as soon as I turn off and back on  the radio or engine It all disappears ...This radio was put in replacing the factory Delco radio cd player.... I had it done by a couple guys who said they knew how to wire it in..But now Im wondering if something behind radio is wired wrong... Also RPM's and one other needles are flipping when ignition is turned on at first.

The yellow wire from the Pioneer radio needs to be connected to the orange wire in the radio harness. Check that the 15 amp radio fuse under the hood isn't blown first.

it sounds like they hooked the yellow of the radio to the yellow of the car. then they probably hooked the red from the radio to the orange of the car(or maybe hooked it also to the yellow).LOL

the yellow of the radio needs to be hooked to the car's orange as stated above. the red from the radio hooks to the yellow in the car.new pioneer radio, no memory settings -- posted image.
