Is it somewhat alright to connect a 4 channel amp to a 4 ohm dvc sub by splitting the LEFT rca into 2 (Y adapter) and connecting it to channels 1 and 2 on amp 1 and splitting the RIGHT rca into 2 (Y adapter) and connecting it channels 1 and 2 on amp 2 (another 4 channel amp). Set gains using VOM ( no scope available), each coil on each sub would get the exact same signal (mono) Im waiting for 2 mono amps, so in the meantime, i want use what i already have. Both amps (4 channels each) are rated at 150w x 2 @ 4 ohms in bridged mode. This way each sub will get 300 watts.
I know not typical hook up, but, any advice would be appreciated.

I didn't want to be the one to actually SAY it...
You'll have to spec them out yourself, sadly.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Sad but true, emailing Pyle was pointless, calling was a joke, so I took the model closest to it and half ass'd it. Pretty sad when a company doesn't know it's own product!!!!lol!!!!!!
