Pretty much as the title says, I guess. Forgive me if there is a topic on it that I didn't see in my research. After hours of Google and Youtube (not all at one time...I do have a job) I couldn't find a singular topic thread anywhere.
What I wish to accomplish is effectively wire (if possible) two 4ohm DVCs parallel for a final 1ohm load, and run that to my Hifonics mono amp.
This is the exact amplifier that I have, and this is the subwoofer I'm thinking about running. Well, two, to be exact.
I just want to make sure the setup is good, and will stable. Last thing I want is to cook the amp, which is why I decided against two 2ohm DVCs parallel at 0.5ohm.
Also, how would the power distribution run? Being 2600w @ 1ohm, would it give 1300x2?

Two 4ohm DVC to 1ohm mono -- posted image.
Here is the diagram for your install.
As far as the "power distribution", each woofer will receive 1300W. The amp will see a 1ohm load and give you 2600W.
Now on these amplifiers you will notice the output terminals read |+|+|-|-|. don't be confused they are the same output(mono).

You're a God send, sir. Appreciate your assistance.
Another question.
My '03 Silverado has a fold down bench seat in the back. Pretty much shallow mount 10's is the best choice to keep the knock and seating ratio even. My question is, has anyone ever heard or known a person who split a bench seat into two rear bucket seats, and used the center space as a subwoofer enclosure?
It would be nice to keep at least the two seats, and still put a bigger kick into the musical aspect of road trips.
In terms of doing that, I was thinking this would fit perfectly, at a solid 1ohm load at 2500w.
Thoughts?
